• Account Data: Name, Email, Phone, Business Name.
• Business Data: Trip logs, Vehicle numbers, Party (Customer) details, and Financial totals.
• Document Data: Driver licenses and Proof of Delivery (POD) images uploaded for OCR.
• Device Data: IP addresses and browser types for security logging.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate professional bills and invoices.
• To verify driver documents using AI/OCR.
• To send automated WhatsApp/SMS notifications as per your settings.
• To improve system performance and security.

4. Data Security & Isolation

Your data is stored in a multi-tenant database. We use "Global Query Filters" to ensure that no other user can access your transport records. All cloud API keys and sensitive credentials are encrypted using industry-standard AES encryption.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We only share data with service providers required for app functionality:

• Razorpay: For processing wallet top-ups.
• Azure/Gemini: For AI-powered POD processing.
• NIC/Govt: Only if you explicitly use the E-Way Bill fetch feature.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your account data. Under Google Play policies, we provide a "Delete Account" request feature within your user settings.
