1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for and using Hanu (ShuklaTransportApp), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

• One account per transport business.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Services

Hanu provides tools for transport management, including trip logging, bill generation, and driver portals. You agree to use these services only for lawful business purposes in compliance with local laws (including GST and E-Way Bill regulations).

Prohibited Actions:

• Uploading malicious code or scripts.
• Attempting to bypass multi-tenant isolation.
• Using the platform for fraudulent documentation.

4. Payments and Wallets

Our services include "Prepaid" features (WhatsApp/SMS) and "Pro" subscriptions. All payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

• Wallet Top-ups: Funds added to your Hanu Wallet are non-refundable and can only be used for platform services.
• Grace Periods: We may offer a temporary overdraft limit. If your balance remains negative for over 7 days, access to premium features may be suspended.
• Fees: We reserve the right to modify service fees with 30-day notice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hanu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business loss, data corruption, or government penalties resulting from the use of our software.
